Great Music

Im glad a paid for the tempo music option. The selection is great and really helps set the pace!

Please bring back the old version

I would give ZERO stars if it were possible. There are too many things wrong with the new version to list. I lost 25 pounds on the old version. I quit fighting with your new version & deleted it. I keep checking back hoping you fixed it, but so far your "update" had not fixed the "update". Would somebody PLEASE put my favorite app back???

Great Training App

This app has it all, customized workouts, music, diets, and more... This app gradually gets you started but then it adds in stuff that really pushes you to your limits.

Great training program

At first i thought this is just another training program. But after a while this is more than that. Pros : great selection of music combination, training program that had very gradual improvement with result of minimizing injury! Cons: some music selection is not suited for running mate, lag in loading after update.

Generally Awesome!

I do not have the premium version but I really do love this app! Having someone tell you what to do makes a world of difference when working out! The only complaint I have is that if you cant do a workout on a day thats planned for you, you cant go back and re-do it another day. I would like the chance to make up those missed runs.

Great motivator

A great app for interval running! Music rocks.

Please make some changes

The app is decent at its core. However, the TRY PREMIUM that interrupts me at the launch of the app is infuriating. Also, the virtual assistant Lisa takes forever to say how long the running interval is. It takes her 8 seconds so say "now sprint at 80% speed for 15 seconds" and by the time shes done speaking, the 15 seconds is half over. Please speed the voice up.

Love the app

I love the app, and was able to lose between 1 - 2 lbs per week while using it. The only drawback for me was that I found it difficult to move on to the next workout sometimes and would like to have had the option to stay at the same workout if I didnt feel ready to move on yet.

Great app that has potential to be awesome

I have lost a lot of weight using this app, and it has helped me on my journey toward better fitness. I have recommended it to friends often! Here are the drawbacks for me....I started out very heavy and out of shape. There were times that I needed to be able to repeat certain training days before I continued. You cant do it easily. I often wished it would increase by stages not days and allow me to choose which stage I wanted. If you get sick and miss a few weeks you will find it extremely irritating trying to reset etc to get back to where you need to start. Fix that and I give it a 5!

Great app but needs some changes

It is a great application for those days when Im not cross training. It would be very helpful if it wouldnt skip workouts; would allow you to pick up where you left off. Otherwise, great app and fun to use.

I enjoy the app but feel it pushes too fast sometimes. I love the challenge but there have been a few days that I feel its too much from the day before. I dont like that it skips workouts either. I had some things come up and would to pick up my workout the next day, even if it were two workouts in a row.

Great running app

Training plans are great plus easy recipes for healthy eating plan.

Excellent Training, minimally adequate music interface

The actual running programs seem to be excellent. Ive improved my 5K time five minutes and lost 13 pounds since Jan 1. The music interface is clumsy and a bit aggravating, sometimes the music plays, sometimes I down my warm up trying to get the music to play. Fix this for five stars.

Couldnt have done it...

Without this app help. Ive always wanted to be a runner but following books instructions was discouraging so I never sticked to it, with this app I look forward to my daily run session and have lost 21lbs in 6wks. Love it, best app to begin a new healthier journey.
